INCORPORATION SERVICES

Name Search: Search the Delaware Secretary of State database for name availability.

State Filing Fee: The cost to reserve a corporation name and file the certificate in the State of Delaware. Prices will vary depending on the type of certificate chosen. You will also pay an annual fee to the Secretary of State known as a Franchise Tax.

Certified Copy: A cover letter with a Delaware emblem attached to the incorporation document. This certified copy is recommended for legal business purposes in other states.

Service Fee: Our fee to prepare and record all incorporation documents.

Expedited Fee: 24-hour processing at the Secretary of State office.

Corporate Kit: Kit includes a hardback binder with standard minutes, by-laws, stock certificate, and a corporate seal.

Apostille: This document certifies an attached public document and its signature in a manner internationally acceptable as per the Hague Convention. The Apostille will vary according to the country requiring it. If a country requesting is not a member of the Hague Convention, they will receive an Authentication in lieu of an Apostille.

Registered Agent: All states require corporations to appoint a registered agent in the state which the company is formed. We will act as your registered agent in the State of Delaware. This service will provide you with a Delaware street address.
